Protect My Church

Protecting the flock is a major responsibility for all pastors and all churches. HR Bootcamp is one way to protect your church.

CSBC is partnering with HR Bootcamp for a free day of HR training for any of your church leaders. So, what is it? Why is it Important? And how much will it cost me?

First, HR Bootcamp is free for all your leaders to attend! (Thanks to your Cooperative Program giving.)

Second, HR Bootcamp is a one-day training to help you with AB506, and a myriad of other laws passed down to us as California Southern Baptist Churches. An event like this in the corporate world could easily cost you thousands of dollars!

Why is this so important? California is a lawsuit-happy state, and churches without proper protection are easy prey! Especially in our current environment. You have heard the saying, “An ounce of prevention can save a pound of pain!” This is your ounce of prevention, and you can send as many leaders at NO COST! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!
