Brian grew up in San Diego and moved to Bakersfield in 2001 to wrestle for CSUB. When he arrived in Bakersfield, his teammates invited him to Valley Baptist Church, and it was at Valley that Brian got baptized, discipled, licensed, ordained, and married! After receiving a B.A. in biology from CSUB, he went on to receive his MDiv from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is now one of the two Co-Senior Pastors of Valley Baptist Church.
