Conference Leadership

Will Browning

Will Browning is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and there earned his Master of Divinity in Church Planting and his Doctor of Ministry in Great Commission Studies. He currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Magnolia Church in Riverside, CA and Director for Send Network California with the North American Mission Board.

Will's ministry roots go back as a former church planting pastor in Charleston, South Carolina. He and his wife, Tarah, have been married for 25 years and have three children, two of whom were adopted from the Ukraine: a daughter who is a nurse, a son in the Marine Corps (who is married to a fellow Marine and has given Will and Tarah their two grand babies), and a son who is a student at California Baptist University.

Vic Silva

Victor Silva is a worship pastor, arranger, pianist and music producer serving as Worship Pastor at Magnolia Church in Riverside, California. With more than two decades in music and ministry, Victor has spent much of his life leading worship, developing worship teams, mentoring musicians, and using music to serve the local church.

His ministry extends beyond the platform through arranging, producing, and recording music for the Church. Victor released Hymns in Solitude, piano solo. along with original singles and other worship-focused projects. His professional career has taken him from Brazil to the U.S. and includes work in television, musical theater, live performance, and music production. Whether leading a congregation, developing a team, or creating music in the studio, Victor’s heart is to serve the local church and use music to point people to Jesus. He lives in Southern California with his wife, Mariana, and their two daughters, Maria Alice and Maya
